Returns & refunds

You can return unopened products in their original seal within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can only be returned if they are faulty.

How to return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason.
2. We send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive the item, we refund in the same cryptocurrency or as store credit. Refunds use the USD value of your order.

Faulty or damaged items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund you.
