How discreet is the packaging?

Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with no product names or logos. The sender name is neutral.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept crypto only: USDT (TRC20 or BEP20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and Monero. Your payment page shows the exact amount, the address and a QR code.

How long does delivery take?

USA: usually 4 to 7 business days. Canada: usually 3 to 8 business days. You get tracking by email once your parcel ships.

Do you ship outside the USA and Canada?

No. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

How do I know the products are genuine?

We source from authorised distributors, and every parcel includes an authenticity card with a unique serial. Check it on our Verify page.

Can I return a product?

Unopened items in their original seal can be returned within 30 days. Opened intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

What if my payment is late or short?

If the timer runs out, do not send to the old address. Open your payment page and create a new invoice. If you underpaid, contact us with your transaction ID.

Are your reviews real?

Yes. Only customers with a shipped order can leave a review, and we never post fake reviews.
